Yes. Adult content may be hosted on our servers, provided that two conditions are met:
- visitors are asked to confirm their age before entering the site;
- German law is not breached.
The second point is worth taking seriously. German law sets specific requirements for content of this kind, in particular concerning the protection of minors — and in practice a simple "are you 18?" prompt is not always sufficient under German rules. Responsibility for meeting these requirements rests with you as the operator of the site.
