Additional IP addresses can be ordered for both virtual and dedicated servers.
An IP address that has already been assigned cannot be replaced. Addresses are tied to the node your server runs on, so one address cannot be exchanged for another. If you need a different address, the only option is to move to another server.
Virtual servers
Up to 3 additional IP addresses can be ordered for a virtual server. The price is 2 euros per month per address, added to the regular price of your server.
Dedicated servers
The number of additional addresses and their price depend on the configuration and are agreed individually. Tell us in a ticket how many addresses you need and we will confirm the terms.
How to order
Open a ticket with our Billing department, stating the server and the number of addresses required. Please also describe briefly what the addresses will be used for — their allocation has to be justified.
Configuration
On managed servers, additional addresses are configured by our technical specialists on request — open a ticket with our Technical Support department.

Do you actually need an additional address?
Additional addresses are not always necessary. Any number of websites can run on a single address — the web server distinguishes between them by domain name. Separate addresses are genuinely required in a limited number of cases: for mail servers with their own reputation, for certain VPN configurations, or where the software you use explicitly requires one.
