If you recommend our services to others, we would like to make it worth your while. We run two separate schemes for clients and partners who bring new customers to us — one built around ongoing cooperation, and a referral programme with its own conditions. Both are open to existing clients and to partners who are not yet with us.

Loyalty programme for partners

This is aimed at anyone whose work naturally brings them into contact with people looking for hosting: web studios and agencies placing client projects on our servers, system integrators and IT consultants advising on infrastructure, developers and administrators who manage servers on behalf of others, and existing clients who simply have someone worth introducing to us.

We deliberately do not publish a fixed percentage or a one-size-fits-all scheme. A studio bringing us a dozen servers a year and a client recommending us to one colleague are different situations, and a single rate would be unfair to one of them. Instead we agree everything with you individually — the size of the reward, how it is calculated and in what form you receive it. Tell us what would work best for you and we will discuss it.

Referral programme

Alongside individually agreed partner terms, we also run a separate referral programme with its own conditions. It suits those who recommend us occasionally rather than as part of their business, and it requires no long-term commitment on your side.

Under this programme, rewards are credited to the balance of your account with us and are then used automatically to pay your invoices. The current terms — what counts as a referral and how the reward is calculated — are available on request: open a ticket with our Billing department and we will send you the details.

How to join

Getting started is straightforward: open a ticket with our Billing department and tell us a little about your situation — what you do, roughly how many clients or projects you expect to bring, and which of our services they are likely to need. We will come back to you with a concrete proposal and, if both schemes could apply to you, tell you which one works out better in your case.

One practical point: please get in touch before your referral places an order, or ask them to mention you when they do. That way we can link the order to you from the start — it is much easier than reconstructing it afterwards.

If you are not sure whether your case fits either programme, ask anyway. Open a ticket with our Billing department and we will look at it together.
