A screenshot is an image that captures the content currently displayed on your screen. You may be asked to provide a screenshot when contacting support, as it helps us identify an error or configuration issue.
Capture Part of the Screen
This is the recommended method when you need to show a specific error message or application window.
- Press Win + Shift + S.
- The screen will dim and a toolbar will appear at the top of the screen.
- Select the capture mode you need, such as a rectangular area, a specific window, or the entire screen.
- Click and drag to select the required area, if applicable.
- The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard.
- Paste it into an email, support ticket, chat, or document by pressing Ctrl + V.
Capture the Entire Screen and Save It Automatically
- Press Win + PrtScn.
- The screenshot will be saved automatically.
- Open File Explorer → Pictures → Screenshots to find the image.
Copy the Entire Screen to the Clipboard
- Press the PrtScn or Print Screen key. It is usually located in the upper-right area of the keyboard.
- Open Paint, Microsoft Word, an email message, or another application that supports images.
- Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.
- Save the file or send it to support.
Important: Before sharing a screenshot, make sure it does not contain passwords, API keys, payment details, or other confidential information.
